Nagpasalamat naman ang pangalawang pangulo sa administrasyon ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte at noo’y DPWH Secretary Mark Villar para sa initial stages ng tulay at sa administrasyon ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos para sa continuity ng proyekto. |

DEADLINE You may begin submitting on October 21,2022. The contest deadline is November 4, 2022. Any entries submitted by that date will be accepted.
JUDGING Entries will be judged by Three (3) officers from Philippine National Police and Two (2) professionals from Marketing/Advertising field. The decisions of the board of judges are final and irrevocable. Written feedback will be given on all winning entries.
The decision of the panel of judges with the following criteria is final and incontestable. • 40% – Concept and Relevance to the Theme “Life is Beautiful” • 30% – Originality and Storyline • 20% – Audience Impact • 10% – Audio and Video Quality TOTAL 100%
