Duterte risked the country’s strong relationship with the Middle East by choosing to save Jennifer Dalquez, an OFW who was on death row for inadvertently killing her employer who tried to rape her. He threatened a total deployment ban of workers if they took her life. An unthinkable, high-risk, low-reward move that would’ve crippled both parties, but more so the Philippines. As fate would have it, his gamble paid of, ultimately saving Jennifer. But more importantly, he cemented his legacy as a true people’s President. Someone who gave a damn.
So, how much is one life worth? For PRRD: EVERYTHING.

A Japanese technology in fish cage farming introduced shortly after Super Typhoon Yolanda devastated the fish farming industry of the Visayas, could be the key to attaining Self-Sufficiency in the country.
While most of the floating fish cages, including the Norwegian model, could be destroyed by strong waves because of typhoons and storms, the Submersible Fish Cages could be pulled down to a depth of about 15 feet and then refloated after the storm.
This technology was introduced by Japanese fishcage farming experts through the help of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) during the Typhoon Yolanda rehabilitation phase.
This is now widely used by fish cage farmers in Leyte and Samar and a Cebu City-based Filipino corporation, INCA Mariculture Plastics, has perfected the design.
I will be partnering with INCA Mariculture Plastics in the introduction of this technology.
With the support of Fil-Am Farmer/Scientist Rocky French, we will establish the first submersible fish cage farm in Mindanao.
This venture will be supported by friends who are investing in the project.
I will set up the first model of a fishcage farming project with a complete value chain.
The operations will include a small multi-species hatchery, a village-level feed mill to produce Aqua feeds, actual fish cage farming, value adding and processing and market linkage to ensure the sustainability of the project.
I hope that this would serve as a model to be replicated in other areas to show that the country could adjust to the risks and hazards of Climate Change.
We only need to establish 5,000 fish cages and the country could be fish self-sufficient.

You, of all people, should have been the one to guide your group in winning people to your ranks. You instead became a polarizing figure.
You proudly flaunted your education but always acted like a fool. The irony was not lost on the citizenry. You became a walking contradiction. Ikaw ang dapat nanguna sa pagkumbinsi sa mga tao na sumama sa inyo, pero dahil sa asal mong bastos, lalo silang napalayo.
Your brains and insights should have been assets enough to help your party and your ilk scheme and plan the best approach to win the hearts of those who are doubting, and convince and convert those who are unbelievers. But you, madam, became a source of turn off. You shooed people away with your arrogance, lack of tact, and lack of decency when you were given the chance to speak. Instead of winning them, you insulted them and therefore made them close ranks and tighten their grip on the candidacy of the uniteam.
By you flaunting your education and breed (haciendero tatay ko), you made people realize the great gap between your class and theirs and made them see the abyss in between. People realize that your highly educated and elitist views and their humble intelligence won’t match. You were given the stage to speak and connect with the masses in the great hall of public opinion, but you turned the place into a circus and acted like a clown. So the people treated you as one.
You have the brains you say, and you also have the elitist background to magnify your stature, but you did not stoop down to the level of the masa and sincerely spoke to them to win them. You thought the fight would be on the elite pedestal of the yellows, but the real fight was actually fought on the humble streets of every day issues. And in that arena madam, your intelligence alone was found wanting. You failed to strategized and know your audience. Simply put, you lack class and you, madam, are definitely not street smart.
Take off your pink gloves now. You are disoriented, groggy, and reeling from the 30 million uppercuts. The nation has already ruled it a standing knock out in favor of the UNITEAM. Let’s listen to official announcement now:
“Aaaaaaaaand the Neeeeew….” President of the Republic! …. P B B M

Maraming, maraming salamat po sa pagmamahal at pagsuporta!
